To double denim, or not to double denim? That is the question. Although pairing denim with denim can be one of the trickiest trends to pull off, it is possible and when done right, it sure does look stylish. So here's a few fundamental tips.

Generally speaking, light coloured items will draw attention to that particular body part whilst darker clothing provides a slimming effect.Use this to your advantage to compliment your body type. An easy classic combination you cannot go wrong with being on the double denim train trend, is by mixing white jeans with a denim jacket or
2. Break up the outfit: choose a complimenting patterned top such as stripes so you don't look too solidly denim and to also give more detail.

3. Choose the right accessories: steer away from any accessories that has any Western vibe or too much metallic and especially more denim. Getting outfit inspirations are fairly acceptable, but you don't want to be mistaken as a cowboy or Jessica Simpson in 2002. Double denim itself is already a statement, so to be safe, I prefer to mix my outfit some simple and neutral coloured companions such as black boots, brown bag or white heels.
